We have launched Dove365 Labs: practical, hands-on labs that we now bring into workshops and training for organisations.
Most AI training either demonstrates tools or hands out ready-made prompts to copy. Dove365 Labs is built differently. It asks people to think, write, check and decide for themselves, because that is what they will have to do back at work.
Practice, not just a talk
Each lab works on a real problem from the participant's own business, not a generic exercise. The labs build on one another, from using AI safely, to getting useful results from it, to deciding what to do next.
Everyone works in the same environment with an AI assistant built in, so there is no need for personal AI accounts or technical set-up. Sometimes the honest answer is that AI is not the right fix, and that counts as a good outcome.
What it means for training
Dove365 Labs gives us a consistent way to deliver workshops and training that leave people with something they can use: safer habits, better prompts and a practical plan for their next steps. It reflects how we work: business problem first, technology second.
