Dove365 CRM Starter

A fully configured CRM built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse — deployed inside your existing Microsoft 365 environment, live in 5 to 7 working days.

Everything your team needs in one system

Dove365 CRM — Starter is a productised CRM solution that runs inside Microsoft Power Platform. It manages accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, and activities — structured around how your business works, not a generic template.

Common questions answered

Everything you need to know before getting started. Can't find your answer? Book a free call and ask us directly.

The £2,000 one-off fee covers the complete deployment engagement: configuration of the CRM data model to your business, forms and views, dashboards, security roles, Outlook email integration, SharePoint document management, basic automation flows, and a full handover and training session with your team. Everything is included — there are no hidden extras for the core deployment.
Yes. Dove365 CRM — Starter uses Microsoft Dataverse as its data platform, which requires each user to hold a Power Apps Premium licence. This is separate from the £2,000 deployment fee. Power Apps Premium is significantly more cost-effective than a full Dynamics 365 subscription — for most small teams, total licence cost is a fraction of comparable enterprise CRM systems. Dove365 will advise on licensing during your discovery call.
Dove365 CRM — Starter itself places no limit on the number of users. Unlimited users can be provisioned within your environment. Each user will need their own Power Apps Premium licence (provided by Microsoft, separate from the Dove365 deployment fee). Dove365 will help you plan the most cost-effective approach for your team size.
No. Dove365 CRM — Starter is built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse — not Dynamics 365. You do not need a Dynamics 365 licence. The required licence is Power Apps Premium, which is significantly more cost-effective than a full Dynamics 365 or Salesforce subscription.
Dove365 CRM — Starter is typically live in 5 to 7 working days from the date of agreement and confirmed environment readiness. This covers discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and the go-live handover session. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your configuration and how quickly your environment prerequisites are in place — Dove365 will confirm this during the discovery call.
Yes. Dove365 CRM — Starter includes built-in Outlook integration. Users can track emails against CRM records directly from Outlook on desktop or web. Server-side synchronisation keeps activity history current automatically. The Dynamics 365 App for Outlook is also available for users who want the full in-Outlook CRM panel — view customer records, create leads, and link emails to opportunities or cases without switching applications.
Yes. Dove365 CRM — Starter integrates with SharePoint for document management. Files stored against CRM records — accounts, contacts, opportunities, cases — are held in SharePoint document libraries, linked directly to the relevant CRM record. You can upload, access, and collaborate on documents without leaving CRM. A SharePoint site within your Microsoft 365 environment is required, which most organisations already have.
Yes. Dove365 CRM — Starter is a configurable productised solution, not a locked-down template. During deployment, Dove365 adapts fields, forms, views, and business process flows to match your terminology and process. Additional customisation beyond the standard scope — new modules, advanced automation, or extended data models — is available as a separate engagement, scoped and quoted based on your requirements.
Yes. Dove365 CRM — Starter is built on Dataverse — Microsoft's AI-ready data platform. It can be extended with Microsoft Copilot Studio to add AI assistants, automated reasoning, and natural language interaction against your CRM data. AI extensions are a separate engagement. If AI is a priority, mention it during the discovery call and Dove365 can explain what's practical from a Dove365 CRM — Starter baseline.
Yes. Every Dove365 CRM — Starter deployment includes a handover and training session with your team on go-live day. Built-in training material is included within the CRM itself, so new team members can get up to speed without waiting for a scheduled session. For ongoing training needs, Dove365's support packages include ad-hoc guidance and documentation updates.
Dove365 offers three support packages available after deployment — Essential (from £299/mo), Managed (from £650/mo), and Continuous Improvement (from £1,350/mo). These cover issue resolution, minor configuration changes, user management, mailbox configuration, and system health monitoring. Support is optional — many customers run Dove365 CRM — Starter independently after handover. See Support Packages →
